I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and connect with their strengths. I am also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the United States International University-Africa. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and cultural sensitivity. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to support emotional wellbeing, manage anxiety and depression, process trauma, and build healthier relationships—with others and with themselves. My work includes experience in school and clinical based mental health where I’ve supported individuals through psychoeducation, counseling, and behavior interventions. I also serve as a lead facilitator with Project Mindstrong, where I volunteer to deliver mental health services and resilience-building programs to high school rugby athletes across Kenya. I believe therapy should be a collaborative journey–one where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
